We currently need Journeyman level plumber/pipefitters.

The ideal candidate should have the following skills:

• Rough-in for underground plumbing.
• Effectively communicate with clients, suppliers, and office team members.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Flexibility to work occasional overtime/weekends and out of town as necessary.
• Perform assigned tasks under all environmental and weather conditions including severe cold, extreme heat, wet or dry weather, and high winds.
• Knowledge of all tools, equipment, and materials needed to install commercial plumbing and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules
• A valid Driver's License.
• Ability to pass a background check

Hourly rates will be negotiated in good faith based on experience and knowledge.

This is a full time permanent position.

We está buscando 3 plomeros/instaladores de tuberías experimentados y de tiempo completo con al menos 10 años de experiencia comercial y 1 capataz de tiempo complete.

El candidato ideal debe tener las siguientes habilidades:

• Empotramiento para plomería subterránea.
• Comunicarse efectivamente con clientes, proveedores y miembros del equipo de la oficina.
• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto escritas como verbales.
• Habilidad para trabajar con poca o ninguna supervisión.
• Flexibilidad para trabajar horas extras/fines de semana ocasionales y fuera de la ciudad según sea necesario.
• Realizar las tareas asignadas bajo todo tipo de condiciones ambientales y climáticas, incluido el frío severo, el calor extremo, el clima húmedo o seco y los vientos fuertes.
• Conocimiento de todas las herramientas, equipos y materiales necesarios para instalar sistemas mecánicos y de plomería comerciales.
• Habilidad para leer e interpretar reglas de seguridad, planos de construcción, especificaciones de proyectos y presentaciones de equipos.
• Una licencia de conducir válida.
• Capacidad para pasar una verificación de antecedentes

La tarifa por hora se negociará de buena fe en función de la experiencia y el conocimiento.

Esta es una posición permanente a tiempo completo.

We are hiring for the following positions for the same client:

(Pay will be based on experience, Starting pay will be $18/hr. Looking  for at least 1-year of experience in the construction field.)

FULL TIME

• Class A CDL Driver – Equipment Hauling, 2 years experience and clean driving record required 

• Class B CDL Driver – Triaxle/Roll Off Truck, 1-2 years’ experience and clean driving record required

• Demolition – Working Foreman/Crew Leader –, 2-3 years or more experience required in construction or similar trade, training can be provided

• Demolition - Technician – some experience required in the construction field

• Demolition - Laborer – unskilled labor position, no training required 

• Asbestos Working  Supervisor – Asbestos, 2-3 years or more experience required in construction or similar trade, license & training can be provided for the right candidate

• Asbestos Workers – unskilled labor position, license & training can be provided for the right candidate

• Torchman – 2-3 years’ experience preferred, but not required

• Warehouse Maintenance/Mechanic – 2 years’ experience or more required in related field. 

Duties include:
-repairing tools, equipment and machinery, welding and fabricating a plus, inventory and warehouse skills a plus 

ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE:
• Reliable Transportation Mon-Fri
• Valid Driver’s License required for all supervisory/foreman positions
• Attend work On-Time Daily
• Flexibility to work occasional night shift and weekend work.
• Flexibility to work occasional out of town projects
•       Able to work AT LEAST a 8 hours a day with overtime available

Although typical hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 0700 - 1530, we will occasionally work 0600 - 1630 so overtime will be available.
