**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Commission-Based B2B Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth in our staffing solutions business.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce our staffing services and generate leads.

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities by walking into businesses and networking within the local community.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

**Requirements:**

- At least 2 years of proven sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport.

- Self-starter mentality with a high level of motivation and determination to succeed.

- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule efficiently.

- Experience in staffing or related industries is preferred but not required.

- Proficiency in using internet resources and basic computer skills.

- Must be comfortable with cold calling, emailing, and conducting in-person meetings.
