**Job Title: Hydraulic Chrome Plating Technician**

**Job Overview:**

We are currently seeking a skilled Hydraulic Chrome Plating Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience specifically in chrome plating hydraulic pistons. This role involves applying chrome plating to hydraulic pistons using specialized equipment and techniques to ensure optimal performance and durability.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Perform chrome plating on hydraulic pistons according to established procedures and specifications.

- Prepare pistons for plating by cleaning, masking, and prepping surfaces as required.

- Operate chrome plating equipment, including tanks, rectifiers, and monitoring devices, to achieve desired plating results.

- Monitor plating process parameters such as temperature, voltage, and current to ensure consistency and quality of plated pistons.

- Conduct visual inspections of plated pistons to identify any defects or imperfections and take corrective actions as necessary.

- Maintain plating equipment and troubleshoot any issues to ensure optimal performance and safety.

- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in chrome plating hydraulic pistons or similar components.

- Proficiency in operating chrome plating equipment and related tools.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

- Knowledge of safety procedures and practices related to chrome plating operations.
