Highly Skilled Residential HVAC Installer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the installation of residential HVAC systems and ensuring exceptional customer service and top-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:

• Installation of new HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, etc.)
• Install and maintain HVAC rough-ins (experience a plus)
• Ability to work effectively in tight spaces (attics, crawlspaces)
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment
• Provide exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of verifiable experience in residential HVAC installation
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components
• Experience with setting commercial rooftop units (a plus)
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools (multimeter, gauges, etc.)
• EPA 608 certification (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• 10-hour shift
• 8-hour shift
• Day shift
