In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind the metal.  You'll interpret complex blueprints, operate state-of-the-art machinery, and meticulously fabricate and erect structural steel components like beams, columns, and RTU frames for diverse construction projects.

To thrive in this role, you'll need the following:

• Proven Experience:  A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector.

• Blueprint Whisperer:  The ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and specifications with ease.

• Master of the Machines:  Proficiency in operating fabrication tools, welding equipment, and machinery.

• Steel Savvy:  A strong understanding of welding and steel construction methodologies.

• Team Player with a Lead Spirit:  The ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve shared goals.

• Quality & Safety Advocate:  A commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
