Do you live and breathe sheet metal? Are you a whiz at 3D modeling and a champion of efficient manufacturing processes?

Then we want YOU on our team as a Project Engineer!

In this dynamic role, you'll be the mastermind behind the creation of top-notch bulk material handling equipment/processes. Your expertise in sheet metal fabrication will be instrumental in ensuring every project is a masterpiece!

Here's a taste of the magic you'll create:

Project planning extraordinaire: You'll develop rock-solid plans, schedules, and budgets to keep everything running smoothly.
Sheet metal maestro: You'll leverage your in-depth knowledge of cutting, bending, forming, and welding to design and model superior sheet metal components using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks is a plus!).
Lean & Six Sigma sensei: You'll be a champion of efficiency, implementing Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate waste.
Quality champion: You'll ensure adherence to quality management systems, keeping your eagle eye on every detail.
Tech-savvy maestro: You'll utilize ERP and project management software like a pro, keeping projects organized and on track.
Collaboration cornerstone: You'll work hand-in-hand with internal teams (customers, designers, production managers) to guarantee everyone's on the same page.
Communication maestro: You'll keep everyone informed with regular project updates and address any concerns quickly and clearly.
Data detective: You'll track project expenses, resource utilization, and performance metrics, keeping a watchful eye on everything.
Problem-solving powerhouse: No challenge will be too tough! You'll collaborate with production teams to develop innovative solutions for even the trickiest sheet metal hurdles.

Bonus points if you have:

Experience performing field commissioning/troubleshooting (because sometimes things need a little TLC).
An advanced degree or professional certification (PE or PMP) – the more knowledge, the merrier!

The Rewards?

A competitive salary in the range of $70,000 - $80,000!
A full-time, first-shift position (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM) with a stable schedule.
