In this epic role, you'll be:

• The Quality Czar: You'll design and enforce quality assurance policies that make our products legendary.
• The Inspector Gadget: From raw materials to final delivery, you'll oversee every step of the process, leaving no imperfection undetected. ️‍
• The Efficiency Enforcer: You'll identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to streamline production and minimize defects.
• The Collaborative Captain: You'll work hand-in-hand with engineers, suppliers, and customers to ensure everyone's on the same quality-focused page.
• The Data Decoder: Utilizing statistical tools and your quality guru knowledge (Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, anyone?), you'll drive continuous improvement initiatives that elevate our game.
• The Quality Champion: You'll foster a culture of quality consciousness throughout the organization, making excellence everyone's mission.

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience as a sheet metal manufacturing quality hero (5+ years is required).
• A background in metal fabrication, welding, machining, and pressing – you're basically a metal whisperer!
• The ability to conduct quality inspections at sub-vendor sites, leaving no stone (or sheet of metal) unturned.
• Knowledge of ASME Section V, Non-Destructive Examination Requirements – you speak the language of quality!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
